Refund Policy

Automatic refunds

If a generation fails, times out, or the AI provider declines it, the credits it used go back to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask.

Unused credit packs

An unused credit pack can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase: write to support@blackcatclapping.com with the email you bought with. Packs that have been partly used are not refundable, except where the law requires.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time; it then does not renew. Periods already paid are not refunded unless the credits of that period are unused and you ask within 14 days of the charge.

How refunds are paid

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Waffo, the merchant of record for all our orders. Waffo is the seller of record: it processes the payment, charges and remits sales tax or VAT, issues the invoice or receipt, and handles payment questions and refund payouts.

Approved refunds are paid by Waffo to the original payment method. When money is refunded, the matching credits are removed from your balance.
