Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everything you submit to Black Cat Clapping (blackcatclapping.com) and everything it generates for you: uploaded photos, any text, and the AI-generated images, videos and audio we return. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

2. Prohibited content

Absolutely prohibited, with no exceptions: child sexual abuse material or any sexual or suggestive content involving minors; terrorist or violent-extremist content; content that helps make weapons of mass destruction; deepfakes of real people, with or without their consent.

You may not generate or try to generate: (1) pornography or other sexual / NSFW content; (2) graphic violence or gore; (3) hate speech or harassment; (4) child-unsafe content; (5) deepfakes or impersonation of real people, including face swaps and video-to-video edits of real people; (6) content that infringes copyright, trademarks or anyone’s privacy. Fraud, scams, malware and anything illegal where you live are also prohibited.

3. Uploads

Black Cat Clapping is for pets and other animals only. Upload only a photo of a pet or animal. Photos of real people, including yourself, children or celebrities, are not allowed, and neither are photos you do not have the right to use.

Only upload photos you took yourself or have the right to use. Do not upload photos of other people, of minors, or of anyone without their consent.

4. How content is checked

Before anything is generated and before any credit is charged: the generation prompt is fixed on our server (you cannot type your own), only single still photos (JPEG, PNG or WebP) are accepted, no face swap or video-to-video is offered, and the request is checked against our local content rules and Waffo’s content-safety prompt scan; anything refused is not charged. We do not run automated image or video moderation of our own: misuse is handled through reports to support@blackcatclapping.com.

Every output is labelled "AI generated" on the page and in the file metadata. We keep records of refused requests (without the prompt text in alerts) and of reports we receive and how we handled them.

5. Underlying AI models

Videos are generated by third-party AI models run through fal.ai: HD videos with MiniMax H3 (image-to-video, 768p, with audio) and free previews with MiniMax H3 Max Turbo (480p). We do not train or host our own model.

6. Reporting

To report content that breaks this Policy, or a misuse of the service, write to support@blackcatclapping.com. Include the link or a description and, if you can, the email address of the account involved. This address is monitored.

7. Response times

Reports of child-unsafe content, deepfakes of real people or other absolutely prohibited content are handled first, normally within 24 hours: the content is removed and the account suspended while we review. Other reports are answered within 3 business days.

8. Enforcement

Depending on severity we may refuse a request, delete content, remove credits obtained through abuse, suspend or close the account, and report illegal content, in particular child sexual abuse material, to the competent authorities. Refused requests are never charged.

9. Appeals

If you think we acted on your account by mistake, write to support@blackcatclapping.com within 30 days. A person reviews every appeal and we answer within 5 business days.
